Lauren Flowers

Lauren was born and raised in Perry, GA but has called Athens home since she was an undergraduate student studying Human Development and Family Science. After graduating from UGA in 2013, Lauren quickly realized she loved Athens too much to ever leave! Lauren serves as an academic advisor for students studying Exercise and Sport Science and Sport Management. She LOVES helping students pursue their dreams! Lauren uses a strengths-based approach to academic advising and believes that each student brings their own unique set of strengths that help them reach their full potential.

Lauren is also currently enrolled as a Master’s student in the Mary Frances Early College of Education, pursuing a degree in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development. In her spare time, she can be found drinking a lot of coffee, reading, and asking people what their Enneagram number is.
