Samuel Jorgensen

Samuel Jorgensen serves as an academic advisor for students seeking a degree in Elementary Education, English Education, and Science Education. He earned a Mathematics Education degree in the Mary Frances Early College of Education in 2018 in addition to his B.S. in Mathematics. After teaching for six years in the high school classroom, Sam returned to the MFECOE to support and encourage the next generation of teachers.

Sam and his wife have lived in Athens for 10 years and can often be found around town running, bicycling, hiking, and supporting the Dawgs.
